At CES this week, ASUS announced a nice expansion of its popular Transformer 2-in-1 PC lineup, with three new models to launch in February. Among the newcomers are the Core M-based Transformer Book Chi T300, the Transformer Book Chi T100 and Transformer Book Chi T90. Each appears to be fairly stunning in its own right.

"Our Chi is thinner than air," ASUS chairman Jonney Shih said during the device's introduction on Monday. "It is the world's slimmest Windows tablet, only 7.6 mm. It is the ultimate dream machine. It fulfills every aspect of our human desires for mobility, beauty, entertainment, and productivity."

The Chi comes in three different sizes: 12.5-inches (T300), 10-inches (T100) and 8.9-inches (T90). Here's a quick rundown...

Transformer Chi T300

This gorgeous, thin and light wonder is housed in aluminum with metallic cover and diamond-cut edges, ASUS says. It has a magnetic release so you can detach the screen from the keyboard base, an Intel Core M processor (that is "twice as fast as MacBook Air," according to the company), and a 12.5-inch WQHD (2560 × 1440) display with multi-touch and TrueVivid technology. The base features a full-sized keyboard and a gesture-capable trackpad.

The T300 gets up to 8 hours of battery life and will cost $699. An Active Pen is optional.

Transformer Chi T100

Also super-thin at just 7.2 mm, the T100 is also housed in aluminum with metallic cover and diamond-cut edges. It comes with a quad-core Atom processor, a 10-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display, a 1 year subscription of Office 365 Personal, and 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.

The T100 gets up to 8 hours of battery life and will cost $399. An Active Pen is optional.

Transformer Chi T90

The T90 is a new ultra-mobile detachable 2-in-1 laptop with a streamlined aluminum body with a metallic cover. It features a quad-core Atom processor, an 8.9-inch (1280 × 800) display, a 1 year subscription of Office 365 Personal, and 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.

The T90 will cost $299.

All of these devices launch in February, ASUS says.
